STEAM-ACT is a compact steam generation unit designed for processes utilizing superheated steam.It enables a wide range of thermal treatments depending on the application, including pre-treatment before drying, sterilization, and processes that promote material and component transformation.By stably supplying superheated steam under high-temperature and atmospheric-pressure conditions,STEAM-ACT can be combined with drying systems to support advanced upcycling processes and research applications.

DRY-ACT I is the standard model in the DRY-ACT series, built around ACT DESIGN’s proprietary ACT-CERA radiant heat technology.It delivers energy-efficient and stable drying performance, enabling uniform and efficient drying of food by-products, agricultural products, and marine products.Equipped with a wide range of programmable drying modes, DRY-ACT I supports automatic operation, ensuring consistent quality and improved operational efficiency.It is widely utilized as a drying solution that simultaneously achieves waste reduction and value creation in medium-scale food factories and processing facilities.

DRY-ACT II is the largest-capacity industrial model in the DRY-ACT series, designed for high-volume processing.Its large-capacity structure combined with a high-output ACT-CERA radiant heat configuration enables the simultaneous processing of large quantities of agricultural products, marine products, and food by-products.While maintaining the core advantages of low-temperature, high-speed, and uniform drying,DRY-ACT II delivers the processing capacity and operational stability required for industrial applications.It is introduced as a core facility supporting upcycling initiatives in large-scale food factories, agricultural corporations, and regional resource circulation projects.

ACT-TABLE is the most compact portable radiant heat dryer in the DRY-ACT series.Its energy-efficient and space-saving design enables effective drying of food by-products, making it ideal for small restaurants and small-scale food processing facilities seeking to reduce food loss.Equipped with programmable drying modes, ACT-TABLE supports automatic operation, delivering consistent drying quality with minimal operational effort.
